Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form prepares a draft on your device containing the contact details and any optional message you enter. Contact details and optional messages are not submitted to a website database or saved in browser storage; they remain in page memory until you leave or reload the page. You decide whether to send the draft through email or WhatsApp.

Business correspondence

If you send an enquiry, its contents are shared with FharmaGlobal through your chosen communication service and may be used to respond, assess the requirement and discuss relevant documentation. Avoid sending personal medical information, patient details or other sensitive information.

Website delivery

Your browser sends technical connection information to the hosting service to retrieve these pages. This website contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or visitor accounts.

External services

Email providers, WhatsApp and Telegram process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Following a link does not automatically send a message or join a group. Review the relevant service before sharing information.

Contact and requests

For questions about information supplied to FharmaGlobal, including access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Please identify the correspondence concerned without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Enquiry basket and saved summaries

The enquiry basket stores selected product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days from your latest basket change. It does not store your name, email, message or newsletter choice there. You can remove the selections using Clear basket or your browser’s site-data controls. Basket prices are recalculated from the current catalogue when the page loads.

Reviewing or downloading a summary does not send it to FharmaGlobal. Opening a WhatsApp or email draft passes its contents to your chosen service; you decide whether to send it. If you download or print a summary, you are responsible for keeping that copy secure. A summary reference is generated on your device and is not a confirmed order number.

Optional email newsletters

Newsletter signup is voluntary and separate from enquiries. The newsletter form prepares a subscription request addressed to [email protected]; it does not automatically send a request or add you to a mailing list. An unticked, optional newsletter checkbox is also available on enquiry forms. If you select it and send your enquiry, your message includes your newsletter consent and email address.

FharmaGlobal uses newsletter requests to manage its email list and send company news, catalogue updates and business announcements. To withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, email [email protected] with “Unsubscribe”. Your enquiry does not depend on agreeing to newsletters. The website does not save newsletter email addresses or consent in browser storage.

Currency calculator

When you use currency conversion in the enquiry basket, your browser requests exchange-rate data from ExchangeRate-API. The provider receives the technical connection information needed to serve that request, including your IP address. The request does not include your entered amount, product selection, name or email address.

Exchange rates may be cached in your browser for up to seven days and are displayed with their source date. Your preferred target currency may be remembered for 30 days. You can remove both through your browser’s site-data controls. Conversion amounts are calculated on your device and are not saved by this calculator.
